Maak terwijl de dressing: mix alles samen, behalve de olie en de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Schenk beetje bij beetje de olijfolie erbij en mix rustig door tot het een homogeen mengsel is. Roer uiteindelijk de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche er doorheen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Snijd het brood in grove stukjes en meng het in een kom met olijfolie en de knoflook uitgeperst. Rooster de croutons in een droge pan tot ze krokant zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Snijd de sla grof en leg het op je bord. Verdeel de croutons over je bord en doe hier wat Parmezaanse kaas over. Snijd het ei in partjes en leg het op je salade. Verdeel ook de kip over je bord samen met de ansjovis.
